Try Rogaining, a strategy and adventure sport for all ages and levels of fitness. Walk or run in teams of 2–5, navigating with map and compass to collect points at various locations.

Escape the city rush, take a breather in and around beautiful Cudlee Creek (32km north-east of Adelaide), while raising funds for Asthma Foundation SA.

Our fundraising target this year is $70,000. The aim is to raise as much money as you can to help South Australians breathe better, then have a heap of fun!

Asthma Foundation of SA

Asthma Foundation SA's vision is to free South Australian community of asthma and linked conditions. Our purpose is to provide information, education, training, and advocacy in the community and to promote research.

Over 2 million Australians have asthma and many can quickly find themselves struggling for breathe. Unfortunately many people don’t recognise asthma symptoms or realise how serious asthma can be.

A person can survive for weeks without food, days without water but only a few minutes without air. It’s time to take asthma seriously!

Take a Breather Charity Challenge. Saturday 17th August 2013. Cudlee Creek, 32km north-east of Adelaide).

The event raises much needed awareness of asthma and the services we provide to the community, as well as raising vital funds for our various programs and asthma research.

Strategic planning and teamwork come into play as you traverse the open forests and the steep hillsides of Cudlee Creek. Breathe the fresh open air with your colleagues, family or friends in this tranquil, rural setting.

You’ll compete for approximately 6 hours (by foot). On the day at 8:30am you will receive a map and complete instructions to start Rogaining. The day concludes with a gourmet dinner for all competitors. The aim is to raise as much money as you can to help South Australians breathe better, then have a heap of fun!
